José is a Procurement Manager at SNH Strategic Partners, where he leads the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) function, supporting high-visibility engagements across the portfolio companies, helping teams strengthen procurement execution, mitigate risk, and implement scalable sourcing processes that enable growth and create value.
José brings over 20 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience across global and regulated environments. Prior to joining SNH, José held progressive procurement leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he led strategic sourcing initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and process standardization across multiple indirect spend categories. Most recently, he supported Takeda in R&D procurement, helping advance sourcing execution and drive adoption of e-procurement tools across the US and EU.
José holds a bachelor’s degree in materials management from the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamon. Outside of work, he enjoys internal tourism, travel, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
